With the tea aroma and the soft and delicious treat, you will bring joy to your guests and children. If you are now curious about how this delicious cake is prepared, you will now receive the ingredients.

The ingredients for the Ceylon tea cake:

3 natural eggs 1 glass of oil 1 glass of filtered, brewed Ceylon tea 2.5 glasses of sugar 3 glasses of flour 2 dessert spoons of cocoa 1 dessert spoon of cinnamon 2 pieces of baking powder Powdered sugar or chocolate sauce

The preparation of the Ceylon tea cake:

First, the best Ceylon tea from Mevlana, which is 98% dust-free , is brewed and left to steep. The eggs are beaten in a bowl with the sugar until the mixture becomes frothy. One glass of cooled Mevlana black tea, oil and water are added to the mixture and stirred further. Then flour, cocoa and cinnamon are added and mixed further. After that, the baking powder is added to the dough and stirred in. It is important here that the baking powder is distributed evenly in the mixture, this ensures a uniform baking shape of the dough. The dough mixture is poured into the cake mold, which has been greased with margarine. The cake is preheated before baking at 180 °C and baked for 20 minutes. It is important here that the oven is not opened during this time. The temperature change causes the cake not to rise. Now the cake is taken out of the oven and left to cool. After that, the cake mold is turned upside down and you can decorate and serve the cake with powdered sugar or chocolate sauce. You can bake this preferred and practical recipe at any time for unexpected visitors without spending much time. Enjoy your meal. We wanted to show you with this that Ceylon tea is not just a warm drink, but that you can also get other delicious and tasty flavors from this black tea. The Mevlana black tea from Goran Tee is not only suitable for drinking. Read more Delicious recipes with Mevlana tea to make yourself here.
