Nevertheless, we can protect ourselves and our fellow human beings by making such food at home and avoiding crowded places until the pandemic is under control.
How about bread that smells like delicious black tea from Mevlana Tee and is easy to prepare? Let's take a look at this delicious bread recipe together.
Ingredients:
1 packet of fresh yeast
1 cup of brewed tea from Mevlana Tee
Half a glass of milk
1 teaspoon of sugar
1 teaspoon of salt
As much flour as possible
Bread with tea: The preparation is very simple!
As a rule of thumb when preparing bread with tea, the tea and milk must be lukewarm. Thanks to the lukewarm heat, the fresh yeast is activated, so that the dough can rise. Mix the lukewarm brewed tea and half a glass of lukewarm milk with a packet of fresh yeast.
Make sure the yeast melts and then add salt and flour until the mixture turns into dough. When adding flour, you should make sure that the dough does not become too hard. Therefore, add it slowly and knead it well until the dough is as soft as cotton.
Cover the dough and let it rise for half an hour before baking. Then place the dough on a tray lined with parchment paper and cut it with a knife. Now you can bake it for 45 minutes in an oven preheated to 180 degrees.
You can extend the baking time if you want a much more toasted bread. Do not forget to enjoy the warm bread with some butter and, of course, a cup of Mevlana Tee from Goran Tee. Enjoy your meal!
